DRIVES & CyberEng Multiplier Event Graz
The aim of this workshop is to explore the DRIVES project outcomes and introduce the new CyberEng project. This las one is working on the definition of training and skill set for automotive cybersecurity engineers and managers, together with a certification scheme to foster the recognition of this qualification.

DRIVES TALKS - BASQUE AUTOMOTIVE CLUSTER
The aim of these workshops is to get a regional perspective that will ultimately contribute to the development of the third release of the Automotive Skills Agenda Strategy & Roadmap. The roadmap provides a sectoral strategy and key actions to ensure that needs of industry in terms of skills and job roles are reflected by education and training institutions. This was done through a sectoral intelligence process including a desk research, surveys focused on skills needs and surveys focused on skills offer. The process led to the identification of 8 Key Actions and 56 Specific Actions.

Launching the Apprenticeship Marketplace Update Report
The webinar will discuss the recommendations within the report. We’ll hear from a number of speakers connected with Apprenticeships and DRIVES who will present their perspective. We’ll also hear from speakers on how some of the resources developed by the DRIVES Project may be sustained after the project has finished and into the future.

Climate-neutral goals pool all types of electromobility and batteries are an essential enabling technology on land, water and skies. JRC forecast electric vehicles to reach 50 to 200M and a need of 250 to 1100 GWh lithium-ion battery cells.
Regions are a major stakeholder in this equation. They often have discretionary power over policy strategies and funding impacting these industries as well on VET skills policy.
Two ERASMUS blueprint projects – DRIVES and ALBATTS, are crucial pieces for guiding skills full readiness of the automotive sector, involving regional entities. Different regions share and stress their role in helping excellence and skilled workforce by focusing on cooperation and cohesion for a green EU.
WoR: Contributing to regional development by skills redesign
This workshop aims to stimulate debate between the project´s team and regional representatives, on future vocational needs in the automotive industry and cluster stakeholders. The objective is to strengthen the automotive sector, tackling future skills shortages and promote a more resilient labour market, adapted to the needs of the industry. This will help safeguard the future of local communities that depend on these industrial activities, alongside market challenges and global competitiveness.
