Learning platform and job roles
This platform offers courses developed by DRIVES partnership, a blueprint endeavour for sectoral cooperation on skills in the Automotive sector.
The training materials result from identified reskilling and upskilling needs stemming from the sector after new mobility dynamics and automotive industrial transformations.
The teaching offer is available online as MOOC courses. They can be provided, on demand, as on-site courses in partner regions.
14 trainings are planned to be available by June/July 2020.

DRIVES Job Roles
Intelligence gathered among stakeholders identified the needs to face upcoming challenges and drivers of change in the automotive sector. The partnership is actively working on 30+ different emerging job roles. For these job roles, skillset's descriptions, training material, exercises, exames and official certificates recognised by the DRIVES framework, will be fully available in 2021.
